A solution was desired to seamlessly integrate an ISP website with an ISP
billing program. The two needed to provide a method of billing and a way to
give the customer access to this information via the website.
Solutions:
A program nicknamed 'Ladybug' was created to handle all billing
and payments. This is fully customizable and able to handle all types
of services.
The site was designed to look clean and be easy to navigate. The
site features news updates and help sections that are maintained and
updated using the Ladybug program.
The 'My Account' Section of the site gives the customers the
opportunity to log in and make payments and review their account
information.
Results:
The results give the customer a full featured website, making the
service more appealing and the Ladybug program simplifies the tasks of
running an ISP.
